Flow Process Final Disposal of Drilling Cement Cutting waste at PT. Semen Padang.
1. Pictures show process un-loading at PT. Semen Padang Facility as final treatment & disposal facility.
* After un-loading the “waste” will check for QA/QC control prior final process
* Prior to final process, the ’waste’ will segregated from any garbage such as : plastic, wood, etc.
2. Pictures show Final Process of the ‘waste’
o After pass QA/QC check the ‘waste” will deliver to “Clay feeding point”
o The ‘waste’ then mixed with ‘clay’ then together with clay goes to ‘clay dryer’ prior to cement kiln.
o Other feeding point for the ‘waste’ is mixed with lime stone. |
